ABOUT MOD

Tucked away in the trendy Midtown District of Rochester, Mod is a slick converted fur storage facility offering rentable space that can be reconfigured to meet all of your needs. We highlighted the industrial bones of the building with mid-century finishes to give you a neutral yet stylized canvas ready for your personal touch. Our bar and amenities make Mod an appealing location to entertain, celebrate, or work.  

Designed for the creative individual, Mod Midtown was the vision of co-owners and Rochester natives Eric and Alycia Nagle whom share a love for mid-century, minimalist design.

Although Mod takes its name from several cultural references, one meaningful tribute is from the 1968 Lunar Module that took the first men to the Moon. It was a spacecraft Nagle’s grandfather helped design. As well as the name having personal significance, this time period was also a pioneering time of science, innovation, and design that is conveyed in the decor.
